You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Ascend One a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the Services.
5. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from More → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific recruiting, scholarship, or athletic outcomes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascend One will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
